Antibody

Payload

A potent small molecule designed to kill target cells at low concentrations. Typically too toxic to be used systemically without the targeting function of the mAb

Linker

A chemical bond connecting the payload to the mAb, ensuring stable circulation. It can be cleavable (e.g., by pH or enzymes) or non-cleavable, releasing the payload inside target cells.
